How the Service works?
We provide comprehensive sewing services worldwide. Orders may be placed either by submitting an inquiry through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 98103 52780.
Booking Appointments
- All charges are fixed and non-negotiable.
- The estimated costs provided are subject to change; the final payable amount will be specified on the invoice.
- Customers are required to pay a 75% advance at the time of placing an order. The remaining balance must be settled prior to dispatch of the finished product.
- Complimentary alterations will be provided within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers may be asked to supply a best-fit garment if necessary.
- MRAM does not retain customer garments for more than 30 days in cases of non-payment or partial payment. Garments remaining unclaimed due to outstanding payments after 30 days will be donated to charity, with no liability held by MRAM for donated items. Any advance paid will be forfeited.
- All transactions with MRAM are governed by the organization’s terms and conditions.
